En la Botica de Matapozuelos hacen una cocina cercana basada en los productos que ofrece el terruño y nos ofrecerán un paseo por algunos ingredientes castellanos y nuestra manera de entender la cocina.

During their presence at Madrid Fusión, they will be presenting different dishes using mushrooms, legumes, cheeses and some herbs from their region. Among the creations they will be presenting are some very interesting ingredients for their qualities: the stem of the oyster mushroom (Pleourotus ostreatus), emulsions made with the contents of the Castilian chickpea and the dessert that won the competition for the best vegetable dish in 2021, as well as a biscuit made with Castilian cheese that is matured in the cellar until it acquires the flavour that interests you.
