Why do we love industrial products so much? Food Idea Lab takes a closer look at the latest advances and research used by the food industry to make food tasty and addictive.

Peptides, flavour enhancers, technical sugars, protein hydrolysates, fats rich in omega 6... There are many elements that haute cuisine does not use. To this end, Food Idea Lab has developed a range of peptides (FIL1, FIL2, FIL3) that can be used by any professional by incorporating them into their recipes. They can be used to add meaty, kokumi or metallic liver flavours to any food without the use of animal proteins. 

They also use chemical baths based on industrial sugars and flavour enhancers to increase these addictive stimuli.

With all this, they want to make available to haute cuisine the "tricks" used by industrial or "fast food" products. A new line of research, work and application that pushes the boundaries of taste.
