After a year of intense life, Sara and Jorge take the stage at Madrid Fusión to take stock.
OSA is aware of the cardinal points that have opened up their path. Mother, guarantor of
identity and family. Home, the warmth of the dining room. Y
Wild, because they show themselves without masks.
At OSA, they pay homage to tradition, terroir and seasonality. And they have done so in their first year, from the kitchen to the dining room. We will relive with them the essence of this year's work, and we will look at the process that these two young chefs have undertaken.
