In the identity of Atomix cuisine, the most important factor - beyond nationality, form or style - is balance.
J. Park will explain Atomix's journey to find its version of truth without prejudice.
From a culinary point of view, their journey resembles dialectical logic, in that when they formulate a thesis or hypothesis, they pose and test a contradiction. Through this synthesis of opposing ideas and questions, Atomix seeks an essential truth that can stand the test of impartial questioning or judgement.
This presentation will describe the story of how Atomix creates its own philosophy and identity through endless debates between the traditional and the futuristic, the fine and the informal, the balance between seasonality and preservation, and finally the balance between fast and slow.
