The fruit of Lleida as the main source of knowledge and inspiration for cooking, creation and innovation.

This is the concept behind the Fruta de Lleida project, promoted by La Boscana, which is based on a gastronomic, creative and informative research project to explore the high gastronomic value of fruit.

Castanyé's challenge is to promote knowledge of fruit in order to make the most of it, preserve biodiversity, promote its use, reduce waste and encourage generational change in order to promote a more sustainable economic, social and environmental ecosystem.

In this way, fruit becomes the leitmotif of its gastronomic proposal, and not just a simple garnish. It is the most precious ingredient, the star of the menu, in both the sweet and savoury worlds.
