Where it all begins
Caminada gives us the opportunity to relive the last 20 years of his professional career.
On 5 December 2023, Andreas Caminada and Schloss Schauenstein will celebrate 20 years of partnership. The Swiss chef will take advantage of his presence at Madrid Fusión to take stock of these years and recount how his dream turned into three Michelin stars, several restaurants and a garden that produces more than 700 varieties of vegetables, herbs and fruit.
Caminada will also talk about the need to be sustainable in a different way and the desire to give back, which he has realised through the creation of the Uccelin Foundation, a non-profit organisation that promotes the talent of young chefs and team members.
