The Ascaso Russian cake is the best known and most popular creation of our bakery, which has been making it since 1974. As a result of his travels in the South of France, and thanks to neighbourly, social and cultural exchanges, Vicente Ascaso decided to make an original Russian cake: his own, the one from Huesca. And he created his own master recipe.
This recipe has become the most famous and sought-after creation of Pastelería Ascaso.
