Water, the basic element of life, is everything in Aponiente's cuisine.
We live on a planet with the unfortunate name of Earth, two-thirds of which is made up of water. To explore this idea in depth, Aponiente wants to show the vital link between cuisine and nature through products that are sometimes as commonplace as water. A presentation that focuses on water as an ingredient in different dimensions.
