Chocolate: from bean to bar

A talk about Casa Cacao, the bean-to-bar chocolate factory at El Celler de Can Roca, led by Jordi Roca.

The youngest of the Roca family, Jordi gives free rein to his passion for chocolate at Casa Cacao, a bean-to-bar factory that produces a range of original chocolate bars. 

Jordi Roca and master chocolatier Lorenzo Turina will talk about the process from bean to bar, fermentations and other details of their production.
