A lesson on this Italian dessert from the 2023 Panettone Sub-World Champion (Milan).
Marcos Candela's Panettone is a true gourmet delight for chocolate lovers, faithfully reflecting the aromatic richness, intensity and persistence in the mouth of the Grand Cru de Terroir chocolates from which it is made.
José Manuel Marcos Candela will reveal the five technical innovations he uses to sublimate the flavour of chocolate in his special Panettone, made with three types of chocolate and cocoa at different percentages.
