Fruit in season and from Lleida is the star of a sequence focusing on the structure or composition of fruit, maturity statuses and/or the family it belongs to etc., amid a zero-waste discourse.

The idea is that diners should depart with Ponent fruit in their stomachs and in their feelings. A physical, emotional and human paysage on a plate and the memory of a territory.
