KOKS The world's most remote restaurant

This leading chef will give us an insight into his work at the KOKS restaurant, an enclave far removed from any civilisation which has nevertheless gained the coveted Michelin stars.

Ziska will introduce us to his work and that of his crew at Koks. We will observe how they approach concepts such as sustainability and localism in the Faroe Islands, amid an open debate on the hierarchy of animals they consider as food.
