Naturally…no limits

We go on a trip with Alajmo to Italy in its purest format, the Italy of tradition. Albeit with some refurbishment.

Massimiliamo Alajmo is offering us a trip alongside pasta and risotto, with a deep sense of respect for the past. He will be cooking up pasta with tomato sauce and risotto with cuttlefish, and we will travel from the south of Italy to the north, listening to the ingredients on a journey brimming over with memories and discovery.
