Rafael Cagali will be telling us about his personal journey from when he left São Paulo to earn two Michelin stars at his restaurant, Da Terra. We will learn about the experiences that inspired him and the troubled times, and also the path he trod to find his own style. 

Cagali will explain how he learned to look inside to find inspiration in what he saw as authentic, his culture and his memories as the driving force of what ends up on plates, and to find confidence in the process.
