Marine superfoods for the blue economy of the future

The sea has long been touted as an indisputable source of food for new generations, and blue superfoods are key to this process.

The difficulty of feeding a growing population in a healthy way is a growing problem of global proportions. More and more analysis is pointing to the ocean as a sustainable source of food to meet this growing demand while providing a rich and healthy diet.  This paper looks at the future role of blue superfoods and the steps, changes and innovations needed to develop their potential in a sustainable way.
