Oriol Balaguer will talk about product, taste and texture. He will present the two-stage cocoa and its concept, which Oriol says is the most conceptual creation he has ever made. 

He will also present the 'Fresh Simplicity' range of cakes and end with his latest creation, 'Oh la la chocolat', a spectacularly sweet travel cake.
