Rye bread
Richard Hard strives for the perfect bread in every recipe he makes.
During his appearance on the stage at Madrid's Fusión Pastry, he will do this by baking a live rye loaf.
This demonstration will be accompanied by Richard's experiences in his life as a baker, as well as his reflections on the craft and its future.
