Iniesta brings the world of vegetable sausages to Fusión Alimentos de España in Madrid.
He will show how vegetable sausages will be part of his tasting menu from next season.
The main objective is to demonstrate the use of vegetable fats as a stable structure for each sausage made from the selected vegetable, always focusing on the products and traditions of the Region of Murcia.
