After 20 years of a long friendship that began with the arrival of Astrid and Gastón in Madrid and Dabiz Muñoz's visit to Lima, Peruvian cuisine today enjoys great prestige and fame throughout Spain and the world.
20 years later, Dabiz and Gastón will meet on the stage of Madrid Fusión to share their experiences of cebiche, to celebrate the return of Gastón and his La Mar to Madrid and the exuberant creativity with which Dabiz pays tribute to them in his restaurants.
