Mark will talk in detail about opening a restaurant in a whisky distillery and the journey of The Glenturret Lalique Restaurant to where it is today.

His demonstration will include the Lobster Toddy dish, a staple of The Glenturret Lalique restaurant, which consists of a consommé and plating dish of peat-smoked lobster and a knuckle sandwich.
