Opportunities and challenges of AI in the hospitality industry

Talking about the combination of AI and gastronomy is no longer new, but there are still many questions to be answered: What is the future of AI in hospitality? How will AI affect a restaurant? How can we understand its advantages and deal with its weaknesses?

The aim of this talk is to gradually unravel the possibilities of this new technology so that we can all learn to use it, with all its upsides and downsides.
