'Ensaimadas' and 'torteles' with sobrasada
Jacobo and Pablo Moreno will talk to us about two of Pastelería Mallorca's most iconic products since its founding in 1931: torteles and ensaimadas.
They will tell us about the history and evolution of their recipe, the keys that make these products so special to them, and they will talk about how they are made, trying to explain and show the steps they follow.
