With the help of this excellent Peruvian chef, we will learn about her creative process at Kjolle. Creativity combined with research. Working with an interdisciplinary team, she researches and documents the knowledge, communities and environments that shape Peruvian identity. This work feeds into projects such as Kjolle and Central in Lima, MIL in Cusco, and MAZ in Tokyo.
