At this Madrid Fusión event, Vicky Cheng will present the best of the eight great Chinese cuisines to an international audience, offering a modern culinary approach.
Drawing on her training in France and her Asian-Chinese heritage, this chef will share the philosophy behind her culinary approach. In homage to seasonality and the natural aromas of ingredients, each component is prepared as simply as possible to perfectly capture its essence, achieving an optimal balance of flavour, texture and temperature.
