Candy, the elBarri desserts

Candy is a sweet distillate created at the elBarri restaurants over an entire decade (2011-2021).

A historical trip down through the sweetness of the unrepeatable gastronomic playground made up of Tickets, Bodega 1900, Hoja Santa, Pakta and Enigma.

Candy expresses itself in two different ways: a book with photographs of the desserts, with a brief explanation of the concept so that the images can speak for themselves; and a list of recipes, with a detailed explanation of how each dessert is made.
