The Tasting Room will once again be the most participatory area of the event

As usual, Madrid Fusión The Wine Edition Wines from Spain 2025 will offer, in addition to the main auditorium, an accessible Tasting Room where wine producers and Designations of Origin will be able to showcase their creations. In the Tasting Room, expert oenologists will guide visitors through unique experiences, including tastings of memorable vintages, innovative pairings and presentations of the latest initiatives in the world of wine.
This area will once again be the epicentre for discovering the latest innovations and directions the wine industry is taking. While in the Auditorium sommeliers, international chefs, producers, catalysts and key thinkers in the sector will shape a full agenda of talks, meetings, round tables and pair tastings, the Tasting Room will be an open space where wineries and regions will have the opportunity to present their new products from the great names in the world of wine.
This year there will be an interesting wine tour through some of the most important wine regions in Spain, such as Tenerife, Aragon, Castilla y León, Galicia, Catalonia and Andalusia, as well as abroad, such as Portugal and Georgia. From wineries of the stature of Marqués de Cáceres, Familia Fernández Rivera or González Byass, visitors will be able to participate in tastings of historic vintages, gastronomic harmonies and the presentation of new wine projects.
