Who influences young people?

This presentation explores how new generations relate to cooking, examining the decline of traditional culinary skills and the abandonment of the Mediterranean diet in favour of 'ready-made' products. The presentation will analyse the causes of these changes and their impact on food and gastronomic culture. It will also explore ways to educate and motivate young people to reconnect with cooking and healthy habits.
