The award, sponsored by Gusto del Sur, will recognise the work of a young professional who stands out for their ability to manage the service in the dining room of any type of restaurant.
In this first edition of the Sala Revelación Award, there are six women among the seven finalists, showing the extraordinary work that women are doing in the dining room, leaving their mark as maîtres, waitresses or sommeliers in the dining rooms of restaurants of all kinds.

Laura Ferrer. Head waiter at the Vandelvira restaurant* (Baeza, Jaén).
Leticia Palomo. Head waiter at Ugo Chan restaurant (Madrid).
Carmeta Torrens, Paula García and Sophie Glossin. Waitresses and sommeliers at Hisop Restaurant* (Barcelona)
Laura Novoa. Head waitress at Miguel González* Restaurant (O Pereiro de Aguiar, Ourense, Spain)
Naroa Pérez. Head waiter at Xixario Steakhouse (Orio, Guipuzkoa)
