Everything at Biologie is recycled, from the way the restaurant was built with reused primary materials to the second-hand equipment they use. The furniture, the architecture of the place, the interior design, the crockery, etc. – sustainability permeates every aspect of the restaurant, and they staunchly follow a policy of recycling waste.
