The Murcia region is a land of vegetable gardens and premium produce that shine through its gastronomy.

Pablo González Conejero stays true to Murcia’s gardens in his cooking, and not just by using its best-known, celebrated produce, but also by reviving old vegetable and plant species that used to be prominent in the region but have fallen into oblivion. Today, through his well-thought-out, poetic cuisine, this Murcia-born chef is putting them in the limelight again. His presentation will tell us how.
