A green and sustainable horizon

A talk that will encompass respect for the land, sustainable cooking, and ‘untravelled’ food.

As a tribute to living nature and the mystique of landscape, Fina Puigdevall, together with her daughters – Martina, Clara and Carlota – will give a talk that aims to be an allegory of a future we hope will be greener and more sustainable. Her talk on produce will emphasise the intimate relationship between the rural landscape of La Garrotxa (in the region of Girona) and the immutable cycle of the seasons. 

A future that is also linked to the sustainable project that Les Cols is working on with Casa Horizonte, where the restaurant’s R&D lab, vegetable garden and henhouse are located.
