Alimentos de España is one of the initiatives introduced by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food to promote and support the agri-food sector.
Building on its commitment to recognising the efforts of organisations, entrepreneurs and professionals who excel in producing, processing, marketing and providing consumers with quality food, Alimentos de España will present the Alimentos de España Product Defence Prize at Madrid Fusión.
This award will be given to a chef or restaurant that stands out for promoting Spanish products in its culinary offerings.
