Cheesy Bites is a competition that has established itself as a benchmark in the world of cheese in Spain. It also has a large representation of professionals from the catering sector, both among the participants and the members of the jury. Its aim is to reward professionals or students, cheese lovers who strive to create unique and different presentations with this food as the protagonist. 

As part of its commitment to supporting the catering industry, Lactalis Foodservice Iberia is once again taking part in Madrid Fusión Food from Spain 2025, with various activities aimed at highlighting creativity in the use of dairy products in haute cuisine, discovering future talent and serving as an inspiration to current chefs. Our company has been taking part in this benchmark forum for culinary innovation for more than 15 years because of our vocation to be close to professionals by promoting the attractiveness and versatility of dairy products and our desire to position ourselves as a benchmark ally in the kitchen.

The final of the competition will take place on 27 January 2025 as part of the Madrid Fusión Alimentos de España.
