15th Creative Cooking Competition with Italian Ingredients at Madrid Fusión 2025
Negrini, one of the leading distributors of quality Italian food and wine on the Iberian Peninsula, is holding the fifteenth edition of the Creative Cooking Competition, the final of which will be held during Madrid Fusión Food from Spain 2025.
The aim of the competition is to promote knowledge of the products of the Italian pantry, highlighting some of the factors that have made this cuisine one of the most popular in the world: the quality of its raw materials and its authentic flavours.
As part of Madrid Fusión Alimentos de España 2025, the best Creative Cuisine recipe using Italian ingredients from the Negrini catalogue will be awarded.
The competition is open to professionals of legal age.
Each recipe must contain at least 3 ingredients from the Negrini catalogue, one of which must be PASTRAMI.
Prize: the winner will enjoy a gastronomic trip to Italy, visiting wineries, food production centres, presentation courses and restaurants.
Special prize: a selection of wines from the Negrini catalogue for the best food and wine pairing among the finalist recipes.
Participants may send a maximum of THREE recipes, each accompanied by a technical sheet indicating the ingredients, the preparation process, the type of bread and Negrini products used, and a photograph (one per recipe and in high resolution).
The recipes in WORD FORMAT together with their photographs in HIGH RESOLUTION must be sent by e-mail to concurso@negrini.es. Recipes in other formats will not be accepted.
The deadline for receipt of recipes is 13 JANUARY 2025.
From the recipes received, 6 will be selected for the final. The six finalists will be invited to prepare their recipes in front of a selected jury of Madrid Fusión Alimentos de España 2025.
