Blind tasting with top chefs

In this serious game, a blind tasting aimed at top chefs in a Top Tasting format becomes a series of wines served without clues, forcing the chefs to hone their taste memory, intuition, and the way they talk about what they drink.
Led by Benjamín Lana, a leading food journalist and president of Vocento's Gastronomy division, the session encourages open dialogue between cuisine and wine. Each glass is interpreted, questioned and defended aloud, revealing the thoughts and feelings of chefs when wine becomes the protagonist rather than an accompaniment.
