Pairing with natural wines
The Vinomios offer unique culinary experiences at lunchtime, where renowned chefs and their cooking teams give joint demonstrations, allowing participants to enjoy exquisite combinations of wine and food.
With this in mind, the fifth edition of Wines from Spain will feature meetings and talks with leading figures in the sector who will share their experience on current topics such as natural wines, which will be the subject of the first Vinomio of this edition on Monday 27 January, presented by Rafa Peña, chef and co-owner of Gresca, and Alberto Segade, sommelier and head waiter at Kadeau**.
