Falsehoods about wine
Is everything they say about wine true? This conversation will try to unravel the false theories that cloud the pleasure of enjoying wine.
The journalist Juancho Asenjo will welcome the writer Antonio Tomás Palacios García, and Tao Platón, Technical Director of Península Vinicultores, to discuss the untruths surrounding wine. Under the premise that not everything said about wine is true, the three experts will attempt to demystify the falsehoods that surround the world of wine and that keep us from fully enjoying it.
