Raúl Bernal defines himself as a great lover of his profession and, above all, of the world of chocolate.
Raúl Bernal started working in different bakeries in Huesca and then decided to study at the Gremio de Pastelerías de Barcelona (EPGB), becoming a member of the EPGB teaching staff a year later.
He has taken part in various competitions and is the winner of the 2011 Lluís Santapau Trophy (Best Master Chocolatier). For almost five years he worked as Chef Chocolatier for the Chocovic brand and was a teacher at the Chocolate Academy of Spain.
A member of the 21ºBrix collective, he is currently an ambassador for Chocovic and the owner of Lapaca, a patisserie-chocolatier in Huesca.
Winner of the "Best Artisan Chocolate of Spain 2023" and the M.M.A.C.E 2023 "Best Master Chocolatier of Spain 2023".
