Alimentos de España is one of the instruments developed by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food to promote and support the agri-food sector.
As part of its contribution to recognising the work of companies, entrepreneurs and professionals who have excelled in the production, preparation, marketing and offering of quality food products to consumers, Alimentos de España will now be awarding the Prize in Defence of the Alimentos de España Product within the framework of Madrid Fusión.
This prize will be awarded to a chef or restaurant that stands out for its work in highlighting the value of Spanish products in its gastronomic offer.
