Interview with Bruno Verjus
José Carlos Capel, president of Madrid Fusión, will be conducting an interview with the French chef Bruno Verjus.
Verjus is a self-taught chef with a very personal approach to cooking, with whom the gastronomic journalist will discuss topics such as trends in gastronomy (whether it be km. 0 or Nordic cuisine), the role of the small supplier, fetish products or the necessary requirements to be a good cook in today's gastronomic panorama.
