A journey of the senses in which Ferran Centelles will create a unique combination of recipes inspired by ancient Rome, prepared by Carlos Casillas, chef of the restaurant Barro*, and some of the most special wines (not on the market) from wineries such as González Palacios (Seville), Fuentes del Silencio (León) and Rodríguez Sanzo (Toro).
