He grew up in his family's bakery, learning the traditions and needs of the artisan baker. Since the beginning of his career in bakery and patisserie, he has focused on continuous training as the key to success. His travels around the world, teaching in countries such as Uruguay, Brazil, Belgium, France and others, have enriched his experience and allowed him to bring innovative ideas and diverse techniques to his work.
He is a member of Los Espigas and the Richemont Club.
At the age of 18 he was European Bakery Champion, he has also been the best artisan baker in Spain and is currently the International Bakery Champion in the "Bread in the City" competition organised by the Richemont Club.
