Pieter Verheyde is one of those unique figures in the international sommelier sphere. His professional and life experiences have been in connection with wine since he was young, having worked at three-Michelin-starred restaurants both in the US and Benelux.
Hof Van Cleve*** was the last in that string before he joined Terminus, one of Europe’s go-to restaurants for international fine wine lovers, where he took over from the previous generation of owners.
Verheyde has also contributed to several magazines and he is the author of the book about champagne “A Sparkling Discovery”.
