Bocados con Queso de Gran Canaria (Gran Canaria Cheese Bites) was created with the aim of becoming a benchmark competition for Gran Canaria cheeses, which are an iconic product of extraordinary diversity.
The competition will bring together catering professionals and students from the sector, who will be represented among both the participants and the jury. The competition aims to recognise those who stand out for their creativity and ability to develop unique proposals in which Gran Canaria cheeses take centre stage.
