Once again, the team at Fusión Alimentos de España in Madrid has scoured the Spanish confectionery scene in search of the most promising young talents in the confectionery universe.
A new edition of the Pastelero Revelación Award, now in its seventh year and sponsored by Torrons Vicens, will once again recognise the work of young Spanish pastry professionals. These are pastry chefs with a solid training in two distinct areas: restaurant desserts and showcase or workshop cakes.
